The property consists of two separate split-level houses. Each house features one double bedroom, a living room accompanied by the kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
The beige house at the front side of the property is 95 sqm and the burgundy at the back is 35 sqm.
Each house provides one AC unit in bedroom.

Charmantes maisons avec une vue à couper le souffle
Je recommanderais les maisons rien que pour l’extraordinaire vue qu’elles offrent sur la baie de Corfou et la campagne environnante et la magnifique terrasse où on peut s’abriter sous les frondaisons d’un opulent bougainvilliers. Les maisons sont en outre joliment décorées, fonctionnelles et plutôt bien équipées. Si cela ne nous a absolument pas gêné, il faut quand même reconnaître que l’adjectif « rustique » n’est pas usurpé : le confort dans certaines pièces est parfois rudimentaire et des éléments (mobilier extérieur, éclairage) pourraient être améliorés. À noter également pour les personnes ayant des difficultés à marcher qu’il faut se garer sur la route en contrebas (petite route typique où on ne passe pas à deux voitures de front par endroits) et monter environ 80 marches dans le hameau pour atteindre la première villa et une vingtaine de plus pour la seconde : la vue se mérite !
