Location was very nice close to beach and there were lots of restaurants in beautiful atmosphere around I had great time there But the property manager was rude In the website breakfast was included In the reality NO! And when I asked why she told me that booking from Expedia breakfast was not included and that everyone knows that...she answered Old buildings with poor facilities and awful attitude by the reception makes me never step there again I recommend that aria but try to avoid that hotel !!!

Worst service ever. The hotel did not care if you arrive late out of their business hours. If it is an emergency, you are on your own as nobody will answer the phone.

Отличное соотношение цена/качество

Проживание в отеле было комфортным, светонепропускающие ставни, кондиционер входящий в стоимость, очень вежливый персонал и каждодневная уборка. Жили в номере который в отдельном здании (на фото) без вида на море, но с балконом. Номер очень чистый. По поводу того, что можно улучшить - можно разве что положить в номера таблички "не беспокоить" , что бы уборщица не будила стуком. А в целом всё очень понравилось. Спасибо.

Typisch griechisches Hotel mit Blick auf das Meer

Basic Hotel ohne großen Komfort aber sauber, tägliche Reinigung, Handtücher alle drei Tage, Terrasse. Das was der Griechenland Urlauber sucht, keine all inclusive Anlage sondern eine Möglichkeit zum Übernachten um die wunderbare Insel zu erkunden. Hinterland von Benitses ist traumhaft. Dorfstrand ist typisch griechisch. Gerne immer wieder.

Totally unacceptable

I was moved 4 times on the sunbeds belonging to the hotel and placed on a sunbed which I had turned down on the first morning again on the second day. The free toiletries consisted of a 35ml shower gel and diluted liquid soap. The charge for a kettle was €1 per day which after complaining was refunded. The place was clean but the sheets and towels were changed once. This was not every 3 days as on the website. With the exception of the cleaner the staff were rude, unhelpful and discourteous. Unless you are prepared to be discriminated against as a solo traveller and treated as second class do not use this hotel.

Perfetto per chi non ha troppe pretese

Stanza pulita e confortevole, dotata di bagno in camera, aria condizionata, wi-fi, frigorifero, e comodo balconcino in cui poter stendere gli asciugamani dopo una giornata di mare. Per il costo pagato, siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. Personale cordiale. Ottimo per chi, come noi, non ha troppe pretese. Ottima posizione. Fuori dal traffico di Kerkyra town, ma non distante da essa; il parcheggio non è mai stato un problema. La zona in cui si trova l'hotel è ricca di ristoranti e negozietti, molto vicino si trova anche un pub; un'ampia spiaggia con tutti i servizi si trova proprio di fronte. La nostra esperienza al Riviera Beach è stata decisamente positiva.

Sweet small hotel right across from the pebble beach, with all basic amenities. Conveniently attached to a restaurant that operates limited hours of the day. Clean rooms, A/C, TV. The internet did not work at all in our room and several others. So most of us were out hunting for signal in the hallway or the reception area since it worked better there. Keep in mind the Reception closes at 9pm. Call if you're not sure you'll make it before that time and sweet receptionist Marina tries her best to accommodate. My kid especially appreciated her kindness. Overall nice staff and pleasant experience. Sunbeds outside of beach are available for a small fee (in the form of a drink.)

Lovely friendly hotel with beautiful view

Very welcoming staff. Looked after us very well. Food was really good and great value. Room had a beautiful view and spacious balcony. Very clean. Great location for the beach and within walking distance to everything. We will definitely be back. Couldn’t fault it.

My stay here was good. The room itself is basic and does its job. Walls are thin, so you can hear everyone else wandering or talking etc in the hotel. The staff are pleasant and helpful and arranged taxis for me to and from the airport. There’s also a nice beachfront just across the road so it’s a convenient location if you plan to lounge on the beach - just remember to spend a minimum of €3 in drinks at the cafe to use the sunbeds. This hotel is also close to a variety of restaurants and the city bus stop.

A great little place on the east coast. Has public buses into Corfu town. Close to shops and restaurants and walkable to nearby towns if you like walking. Friendly and helpful staff.
