Easy to communicate, a cute studio with a very nice terrace for eating in or just watching the world go by. A quiet area at night. Location is great, but property could be better maintained. Bathroom and kitchenette smell of raw sewage. There was a dead cockroach by our front door upon arrival waiting to greet us. All "tables" in the apartment are sagging shelves. The apartment was very noisy in the morning hours. Even though the water was turned on again later the smell persisted. The management company had graciously offered to move us to a dif location but we declined as we were only there 2 nights.
