#### Quelle expérience!

J'ai eu le numéro d'écrou 118 et le directeur pénitentiaire a fait autant de discours à mon entrée qu'à ma sortie. Il n'a pas décroché autre chose qu'un grognement! sans rire l'accueil était très froid pas une parole de la part du directeur heureusement secondé par une hôtesse un peu plus coopérative. Mauvaise nouvelle : 5 euros de climatisation par jour qu'on nous réclame avec les dents serrées. Les serviettes ne sont changées que deux fois par semaine mais il est fait mention sur les panneaux de manière peu élégante que les serviettes endommagées sont à la charge des clients! Le niveau de qualité des petits déjeuners était pitoyable et il était demandé de se cantonner au lobby, la terrasse plus agréable étant réservée à d'hypothétiques clients supplémentaires! Dans les chambres la climatisation était poussive, bruyante mais que dire de la salle de bain. On est nettement en dessous des standards hôteliers "normaux". Les toilettes sont tellement collées au mur qu'on ne s'y assoit qu'en jouant des épaules, le rideau de douche mal ajusté et la brosse des toilettes reléguée à un endroit totalement idiot entre la douche et le réservoir!!! Seul le veilleur de nuit était vraiment sympathique, le personnel de service sans doute pas ravi d'en avoir si peu à offrir...

#### Close to beach.

Very disappointed with this hotel. We were expecting cheap and cheerful for the price we paid, but nowhere did it say small bedroom and tiny bathroom. We have never seen a bathroom so small in our lives. Anyone carrying an extra few pounds, should give this hotel a miss. We were led to believe by the advertisement that there was air conditioning, and that was one reason we chose this hotel over others which were in the same price bracket. When we arrived we were informed that there was an extra charge of €5 per night for this service. All in all not a great experience!!!!

#### Ble overflyttet til søsterhotell i nærheten

Det pågår tydeligvis overbooking, for vi - et reisefølge på 6 personer - hadde plutselig ikke rom på Gouvia ved ankomst sen natt, tross mailing med hotellet i forkant. Vi ble etter mye om og men flyttet over på et ikke resepsjonsbetjent overnattingssted 200 m unna. I og for seg greit nok, hadde det ikke vært for den særs lave standarden på alternativt sovested, inkl. diverse insekter inne, dårlig renhold og svært lav comfort. Heldigvis skulle vi kun tilbringe 5-6 timer der.
