Looking out over the olive tree tops from the enticing private pool and adjacent terraces, a lovely sweeping seascape stretches out into the distance - an irresistibly eye-catching collage of expansive blue sky and glittering azure waters edged by the distant shores and jagged mountains of Albania.
Well thought out, with clean lines enhanced by a simple, effective colour scheme the interior is bright, fresh and appealing. Each bedroom has its own en suite shower room with the option to have a double or twin configuration in one of the bedrooms giving families, sharing couples or groups of mixed age the option to choose what suits them best.
This location is an ideal escape from everyday routine, pleasingly rural in feel and atmosphere you are at the same time within easy distance of excellent amenities including the many supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants of Acharavi and Roda (each 1.5km). Both of these coastal towns also have their own beach and there are numerous others to explore along this renowned stretch of north-eastern coastline such as Almyros, Astrakeri and Agios Spyridonas, all are within a short drive of between 3.5 and 7.5 kilometres with many flying the coveted Blue Flag in recognition of their quality. Within walking distance you will find several amenites, including a green grocers (1.0km) for your local fresh produce, coffee shop (650m) and a mini market (1.1km), while the nearest taverna is a 15 minute walk way (1.2km).
Just 12.5 km away, the former fishing village of Kassiopi has grown into a lively little town with something to interest everyone. Historians will enjoy the well-preserved Byzantine fort, younger party members may wish to wander along the semi-pedestrianised main street lined with shops and popular bars while the tiny harbour fringed by local tavernas, bars and coffee shops will be a magnet for anyone that enjoys good local cooking with fresh seafood and traditional Greek dishes always on the menus.
