Unfortunately, the family rented the property to some other people that destroyed the rooms the last 3 years. However, if you are looking for a top class human experience, this is the hotel for you. Αν και ήμασταν δύο άτομα, το δωμάτιο που μας έδωσαν ήταν διπλό με δύο δωμάτια , δύο μπάνια και τεράστια βεράντα! Είναι ένα απλό ξενοδοχείο, δεν έχει καμία πολυτέλεια αλλά δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα και περάσαμε πολύ καλά. Ακριβώς μπροστά υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείου αλλά οπωσδήποτε είναι καλύτερα κάποιος να πάει με το αυτοκίνητο του γιατί η θάλασσα μπροστά είναι λίγο βραχώδης και δεν προσφέρεται για μπάνιο. Πολύ κοντά είναι το Αχίλλειο. This hotel is the real Corfu with staff that are so helpful ,you get a nice breakfast it has not got a restaurant put this means the staff will give advise on places to eat nearby . Kaiser Bridge is 5 minute walk and is highly recommended. Zuerst das positive: schöner ausblick aufs meer, zimmer mit terasse und sitzgelegenheiten, sehr freundliches personal, frühstück ok. Leider wars das auch schon. Unser zimmer war leider nicht sauber und recht schäbig, die "dusche" war ohne duschvorhang und wirkte nur notdürftig installiert, daher schimmel im bad weil natürlich das gesamte bad nach jedem duschgang nass ist. Ähnlich gestaltete sich die lage beim wc. Betten waren unbequem und durchgelegen und auch nicht richtig sauber. Wlan funktionierte nicht wirklich gut. Achtung: dieses hotel liegt im nirgendwo, die nächste ortschaft ist gut 1km entfernt und zu fuß faktisch nicht erreichbar weil an einer durchzugsstraße ohne gehsteig. Alles wirkte sehr ranzig und dreckig, da half auch der hinweis der chefin, dass sie uns leider nicht das beste zimmer im haus geben konnte, nichts. Wer keinen hohen anspruch an sauberkeit, komfort oder sonstiges legt und nur einen günstigen schlafplatz mit frühstück sucht, ist hier richtig. The hotel is located on the local road and is close to the beach which is not cultivated, more wild with lot of stones. On the other side the water was clean and good for swimming. Das Frühstück war liebevoll angerichtet. Die Zimmer waren einfach eingerichtet. Man darf jedoch keinen Luxus erwarten. Sauberkeit war durch eine Putzfrau gegeben. Ein Pool befindet sich auf der obersten Terrasse des Hotels. Wir haben diesen nicht genutzt, da wir mit einem Mietwagen an die schönen Strände der Insel gefahren sind. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits von Benitses und man bräuchte ein Auto mit dem man in 2 Min im Ortskern ist. Zu Fuß ist die Strecke weiter und führt nur an der Straße - ihn Bürgersteig- entlang. Zudem liegt das Hotel in der Flugschneise. Dies war für uns nicht weiter störend, da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren. Zusammenfassend war das Hotel für uns (Familie mit einem Kind) super geeignet. Es liegt circa in der Mitte der Insel und mit dem Auto ist alles schnell zu erreichen. Zum Schlafen und Frühstücken ein super Hotel mit einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel dal 13 al 20 settembre 2014,dopo un volo tranquillo abbiamo ritirato l'auto e ci siamo diretti verso l'hotel dall'aereoporto, circa 20 minuti, in direzione Lefkimi. The hotel is basic but the views are amazing and it kind of grows on you. The location is good, 10 min walking from Benitse which is boring but with some good restaurants and supermarkets. The hotel is half an hour by bus from Corfu Town and from the beautiful Issos Beach! Rooms are basic but clean, AC works, TVs are crap but do you need them?Breakfast is basic, no scrambled eggs, poor choice of juices or coffe but the bread is excellent and the staff is friendly. The hotel is basic but it really manages to make you feel safe and happy I would say. The room was not very secure as it had no safe and the balcony door did not lock. In addition, house keeping would leave the balcony door open each day. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the pool area which has great views. Air conditioning in the room was quite poor which made for a few unpleasant sleeps. The nearest town, Benitses, has some good restaurants and beaches. The one downfall is it is not a safe walk as there are no sidewalks and a few blind corners which are unsafe for pedestrians. Se lever face à la mer, rien de plus agréable pour commencer son périple. Une route très passagère voire dangereuse pour les piétons car pas de trottoirs de prévus depuis l'hôtel jusqu'à une partie du trajet pour se rendre à Benitses qui se trouve à 1 km, soit 20 min de marche à pied (qui se font bien car on longe la mer) Pensez à la pile électrique pour les retours de nuit depuis Benitses jusqu'à l'hôtel. Arrêt de bus juste en face de l'hôtel pour se rendre à la ville de Corfou (25 min) ce qui reste pratique. Le camere non sono lussuose,ma hanno ogni comfort: aria condizionata, terrazzo e frigorifero di dimensione capienti. l'unica pecca delle camere sono i bagni, molto vecchi spesso senza finestre(ma con aereatore) e le docce in alcuni casi senza neanche una tendina para schizzi. La colazione è abbondante con una buona scelta tra dolce e salato. lo staff è forse il migliore che abbia mai visto,è capitato qualche volta di alzarmi dopo la fine dell'orario della colazione e la proprietaria è stata gentilissima nel farmela fare facendomi scegliere tutte le cose che volevo.
