Excellent care and service by Katerina. Quiet area, friendly neighbours. Easy parking in street outside property.
Car or bicycle recommended as accommodation is 1k from seafront amenities, e.g. tavernas, bars, supermarkets. This is especially true at end, or out, of season when closer amenities have closed for winter.

Late notice booking
Just before flight to Corfu, we were told our accommodation was unavailable for the first night!! Booked this place on hotels.com at late notice, checking in at 00:30, out at 11:00!! Owner met us and showed us around, very friendly. Unit was very clean and well maintained. Basic, but well presented.
