A new stone residence that is literally "bathed" in ample natural light. With magnificent views of the Ionian Sea and the green slopes of Northern Corfu, state-of-the-art amenities, and a luxurious, private environment, it is spacious enough to accommodate four guests comfortably and ensures a relaxed, and enjoyable stay. This property offers stunning sea views, a private outdoor swimming pool and lounge area, lush gardens, shaded parking space, and an outdoor, enclosed Hammam. With spectacular floor-to-ceiling windows, a spacious open-plan kitchen, and airy seating and dining areas, our guests will appreciate the abundance of natural diffused light from dawn to dusk. The residence is perfectly designed to take advantage of the magnificent view and Mediterranean sunlight. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a well-situated counter with stools, great for a breakfast buffet or mid-day snacks. The two bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, are the definition of luxury and comfort. One of the bathrooms has a hydromassage bathtub, the other offers a double shower. The beds and bedroom furniture are supplied by COCO-MAT, an international company renowned for its high-quality mattresses. The dining room is idyllic for a relaxed evening with friends and family. The comfortable and cozy living room, with fireplace, and a television, offers stunning views of the sea overlooking the strait between North Corfu and Albania.
