Newly renovated, spacious, located right on the famous sandy beach of San Stefanos, this one of a kind villa can comfortably sleep up to 14 guests in 7 air-conditioned bedrooms and offers the most breathtaking views over the sea as well as the sunset. Villa Bellevue ticks all the boxes: beachfront location, space, privacy, wide panoramic terraces, gardens perfect for outdoor living. And with the crystal clear Ionian Sea at your doorstep, the magic is completed! Additionally, being located within the resort of San Stefanos, a car is not necessary as there are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets within easy walking distance. Inside, the villa is cleverly divided into 4 self-contained units, each having independent access, yet rented all together as a whole unique, detached villa with 7 bedrooms in total to benefit from the exclusive use of the grounds gardens and terraces. On the ground floor there is a 2-bedroomed apartment (1 double + 1 twin bedrooms, bathroom). On the ground floor there is also an incredibly spacious, fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 14 where all our guests can dine together and enjoy the amazing sunsets. A large staircase leads to the upper floor, where 2 identical 2-bedroomed apartments are located as well as a further studio (with double bed, bathroom). Each of the 2 bedroomed apartments features one double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a small sitting area and a bathroom. All the rooms have private furnished balconies overlooking the sea and are air-conditioned (included in the rental price). This clever design allows maximum flexibility to our guests, allowing them to spend long hours together yet having the maximum privacy when required or at night. Outside, Villa Bellevue features endless, paved, private sunbathing terraces well furnished with sunbeds as well as shades. The views are to die for as stretch all over the western coast of Corfu and offer the most beautiful sunsets of the island. Chill-out areas by the gardens are available, together with comfortable sunbeds, to enjoy a drink or a chat. At the side of the villa, a shaded dining area is available for the guests. It features a table for 14 guests and a large barbecue. Private parking is available. NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, baby cot / highchair (if required), maid service twice a week with change of linen once a week and towels twice a week. A refundable security deposit for damages (in cash) of euros 300 in total will be required locally and refunded at the end of the stay. The view is outstanding from the terrace. Comfortable home. Easy to get to restaurants and grocery stores within walking distances. The host was very friendly and proactive. I would recommend putting in your GBS the Havana restaurant in order to find it easier. It is right above it and that is where you park. There was 9 of us and we had plenty of room. The location was great if you are staying in that part of the island. It took us over an 1 hour to 1.5 hours to get to the airport, yhis could be because we are not used to the beautiful small windy roads, but once you are there it is a beautiful location. The rooms are separated which is nice for large parties, we were 14 and comfortably all fit. AC in all of the rooms, the kitchen did not have AC but we didn’t mind as we ate out most days. The host Spiros is very responsive and will do his best to address any issues you have. The beds are quite uncomfortable and springy, Spiros brought extra padding when we brought this up. The rooms were very basic. The lounge had a three seat sofa for 14 people staying. Plenty of dining room chairs. Very basic equipment in kitchen. No umbrellas or shade on the patio. The owner was a little blunt and turned up without checking one of the days and we could have been having a private meeting. One room and bathroom had an ant problem. In fact the pictures don’t do it justice. The villa is located above one of the most beautiful beaches in Corfu. We selected it because we wanted to be able to walk to the beach and still be able to go to restaurants and bars in the evening without having to drive and it was perfect. We still explored the nearby beaches by car and by boat but on the days when we felt lazy we stayed in the local area and it was just perfect. The house itself is very spacious. We were less people than the capacity but the price was ok because of the location and the massive terrace we had for ourselves to chill in the evening. The furniture is not super luxurious but it is perfect for villa by the beach, it was neat and tidy and we had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive, polite and helpful. The villa is maintained by a cleaner who came once for a 7-day stay to tidy up and give us a clean set of towels. Everyone we met was hard working and nice.thank u!
