"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was spotless and very comfortable. The bathroom was modern for an historical hotel. The location was perfect for exploring Corfu old town. I really enjoyed the view. "

"Idyllic spot ! Quiet location, stayed in the main hotel with a sea view room, lovely balcony overlooking the bay. Room was perfect, v clean and modern, free toiletries and we were v grateful of the daily water and the complimentary bottle of wine and basket of fruit on arrival - nice touch!
Used the beach and pool, both lovely with service to your sunbeds.
Would not hesitate to return again."

"The property is quite new and a beautiful blend of the traditional furnishings with modern tech, everything works well, like aircon, usb c charge points etc.
Very clean and super friendly, staff were very helpful arranging airport transfers and car hire at very reasonable prices and giving general advice."

"The hotel was lovely, warm and welcoming, the Komenno peninsula is beautiful and we loved that wherever you are in the hotel there are beautiful views. Food and drink at the beach bar and à la carte restaurants was amazing (though expect to pay high prices if not on all inclusive). The sister hotel Imperial is easy to walk to and has some lovely restaurants, views and seating areas to explore also. Staff very nice and helpful, they helped us book a private boat tour which was great and we also...

"Disappointing. This was our third stay and I wouldn’t go back.
Check in was speedy, especially as they had free valet parking.
The villa we were in was beautiful with a gorgeous view, perfect for spending most of our time outdoors. However, there were things like broken blinds that wouldn’t open, curtains that got stuck on the rail and some of the voile that was just hanging off. There were also coffee stains all over the rug and sofa. I wouldn’t be bothered in a cheap Airbnb but not for an expensive 5 star hotel.
Gobsmacked to find out that, although the tap water isn’t drinkable, they only provide 1 small carton (about 250ml) of water per person per day. They advised me this has changed this year - clear cost saving from an exceptionally expensive hotel, especially when already spending a lot.
The service was slow everywhere, the shuttle to the beach is only every 30 minutes so we walked down (which was fine) but not really possible to walk back with a 6 year old and the bus had to make 3 trips to be able to take everyone back up to the hotel (they only put on an 8 seater!). It just made trips to the beach too much effort.
The food and drink is all really expensive - London prices. A two course evening meal for 2 adults and a child with one drink each was about €160. The room service menu - choice and quality was average at best.
We spent a lot of money to have an amazing holiday and everything was average. Disappointed."
"Room is excellent, really comfy bed. Great shower.
Noise from the corridor and slamming doors of the other kind of rowdy drunk guests made it less enjoyable.
On the back of the hotel away from the pool and airport the plane noise was minimal."

"Views were stunning. Lovely cotton bedlinen. Spotless room. Felt recently refurbished. The staff were a bit indifferent to the clients, especially at breakfast, which was really slow. Breakfast was ok, but not generous. Overall I would recommend ."
"We loved this hotel with its grandma’s house vibes and quirky furnishings. The balconies are lovely and the old-fashioned tiny elevator with a folding door was fun to ride (although amusingly slow). The staff were so kind and helpful with recommendations, transfers, luggage storage, etc. After a couple of nights at the Cavalieri exploring Corfu Town and the surrounding area, we took the ferry to Sarande, Albania for a family wedding, and then came back to Corfu Town three days later via ferry a couple of hours prior to our flight out of Corfu to our next destination.
Even though we had checked out of the Cavalieri days earlier when we headed to Albania, the staff kindly let us store our luggage and helped us hail a taxi to the airport. The Cavalieri’s staff are simply the best! Also, the little coffee bar next door has the most delicious Greek yogurt breakfast bowls for a very reasonable price! Finally, nothing beats the rooftop of the Cavalieri Hotel for a drink at golden hour/sunset! The waiters were great and the drinks were tasty plus the views, of course, can’t be beat! Our only suggestion would be to modernize the beds, as they are not the most comfortable. And we were there in May, so I can’t vouch for the air conditioner. But overall, the pictures are accurate, the staff are lovely, and it’s a great value with a terrific location."
"This is a very beautiful All Inclusive resort with very nice food, very friendly and helpful staff. The general manager lacked a little bit respect and friendliness when I tried to make him aware of the crowdedness in the dining room and no system in place to improve it, but only at the very beginning of the conversation, after that he was nice, listened and dealt appropriately with the matter.
Our room was perfectly okay for our 3 nights stay but it is not okay how dirty the floor was. We told the receptionist that the floor needed to be mopped and after that a cleaning lady came and washed the floor and everything was good then but I think the floors should always be spotless clean when new guests arrive without them having to go to receptionists and complain the cleanliness standard.
I still give full marks for this resort as I am confident all this will be 100 % improved and all future guests will benefit from us. And who knows - maybe one day we even return ourselves."
