So Serene and Homey if you’re a country person.

We loved our little cabin in the hills, it was very clean from the driveway to the porch to the neat inside upon opening the door. The quality of care taken to make it welcoming include, raking the dirt into patterns, hanging cute signs on the porch and windchimes, welcoming places to sit and relax, clean rooms and plenty of provided modes of coffee making from a French press to drip coffee, cold water in the fridge alongside a bottle of wine . It felt like welcome to Grandmas house. So warm and inviting. It was a little difficult to find but the neighborhood jumped in to help us as it is very country. One family even drove around to help us find it. He found it and wouldn’t leave us until he did. The sign for the house is posted on the front fence inside the community driveway but it is difficult to see from the road. I suggest really good directions included in the check in information and a contact person readily available. But Soooo worth the challenging job of finding it. We went to the Santa Fe Opera from the house and it was only about 20 minutes drive. I would list those as amenities.Thank You for our Peaceful Respite.

Home was located in a place where we could use it as a base for all the exploring we wanted to do in the countryside surrounding it. Our host met us at the property and informed us of a great artists' festival going on the weekend we were there that turned out to be wonderful. Edith was a wonderful host.

The house location was great for us. The driveway was tough getting my big truck in, but we made it work. I wasn't aware there was no air conditioning in the house, but I believe that'snormal in this area. With that said all the windows were painted shut and was 90 degrees multiple days. We had the ceiling fans going full blast, but was still really hot. The toilet had a leak and soaked half the floor. This is just an older house and takes ya back 30yrs.
