Everyone was very polite, the room services and house keeping we're great. However every time i went to my room the key had to be re programmed. And they didn't have any towels the first night I was there even after I mentioned it to front desk!

Check in was very disappointing. The didn’t give you your room until exactly 3pm even though the room was ready. They wanted to charge more for an early check in. We arrived at 2:45pm and they made us wait for 15 minutes for nothing! Other hotels will allow you to check in if the room is ready when you arrive.

The person at the front desk was very rude. Our room has the bathroom floor wet when we arrive, they send someone to dry it, but she discover a leak in the shower head that they never fixed. We found a lot of hair all over the bathroom floor and we didn’t have towels in the bathroom. But the restaurant food was very good and the person that help us with the baggage was very friendly.

Por desgracia fue una mala experiencia considerando que es un hotel de renombre. Al llegar la reservación no la encontraban y fue por un tema de ellos. La regadera no era funcional, iba y venia el agua. Las habitaciones (214 la que me hospedé) luce vieja. La regadera está separada del inodoro, son digamos 2 cuartos y el agua de la regadera se escurria al cuarto del inodoro y estaba todo encharcado. No había toallas y se tuvieron que solicitar 2 ocasiones. La plancha no servía y el burro ya no estaba en condiciones óptimas. Desfortunadamente encontré hasta 4 cucurachas en mi habitación y pedí se fumigara pero no se realizó por que los animales seguian saliendo. La atención fue deficiente, no groseros sólo no prestaron atención a mis solicitudes. No lo recomiendo. Seguro hay mejores opciones en la actualidad.

Es un hotel hermoso, lo que faltaría es el cambio de cortinas, eso deja mucho que desear y sobre la comida que pongan más cuidado en su preparación, no es posible que no se pueda cortar un trozo de pescado

Pagué dos noches de estancia y desde la primera noche quise cancelar. La habitación que me dieron estaba sucia, había manchas de maquillaje en las almohadas, cabello entre las sábanas y moho en el baño. La atención del personal fue súper nefasto. No les recomiendo que se hospeden aquí al final preferí perder mi dinero que quedarme ahí. Por cierto si les llega a pasar la plataforma no los va a apoyar con la cancelación a pesar que mandes evidencia.

Restaurant malo No tenia lo basico para platillos (carne y pollo, el hotel en general esta en demasia sobrevalorado todo en general ya esta muy usado y repintado, poca iluminacion servicios muy basicos ejm. Un cuarto para 3 o 4 personas solo le dejan 1 jabon, 1 rollo de papel y 1 agua embotellada, ponene una cafetera sin un sobre de cafe basico... Lamentable eleccion de mi parte. No lo recomiendo y por el precio existian mejores opciones que no tome en cuenta.
