Trabajo en un hostal y entiendo que son cosas que pueden pasar. Avisé por WhatsApp al contacto y me dijo que pasaría la compañera ya que se le había olvidado guardarlas de nuevo en su sitio. Cuando llega la chica, nos dice que se las había dejado puestas y se va, sin disculpa alguna. Repito, entiendo las situaciones, pero si ves a una familia en el portal esperando, pasando frío, qué menos que un "lo siento".Entramos y el aire no funciona. Nos dicen que hay que poner las llaves a la entrada para encenderlo (donde se las había dejado puestas la chica). Las ponemos y el aire empieza a salir, pero el mando no enciende, por lo que no pudimos modificar la temperatura ni programarlo en toda la estancia.En el baño, la llave de la cisterna estaba rota. Era una cisterna de doble carga y la pieza de carga grande ni estaba. Arreglé la pequeña, pero la cisterna no cargaba, por lo que tenías que meter un dedo pequeñito por el hueco que quedaba para que pudiera descargar bien. La parte baja de la mampara sucísima y de los 8 botes de gel que había, 4 estaban rellenos con agua. El enchufe estaba suelto.La habitación grande tiene un ventilador de techo pero no da calor al cambiarlo de dirección, por lo que esa habitación es bastante fría. Los edredones los cubren con sábanas, no tienen funda.Las paredes sucias, llenas de rayajos. Rodapiés sueltos.No hay mantel para la mesa y el sillón es antiguo. ##### Clara d.
