A really wonderful venue. I’m a wheelchair user and appreciated how thoughtfully designed the unit is and helpful the staff are.
The wider venue is wonderful and a great lunch spot as is the option of cellar-door wine tasting.
If I were pushed, the only quibble might be that the breakfast pack really only caters for one day regardless of how you long you stay (we stayed two nights).
Wonderful place and thoroughly recommend.

Stopped at the Seascape Motel as a one night stopover enroute between Sydney and Melbourne. Location is great at around a quarter way through the trip. Owners were very helpful and provided information on where to eat (local ex-service men's club) and what places of interest to look out for on the next leg of the journey.
Room was comfortable, clean and met our needs. Views out of the rear of the property across to the sea in the distance - lovely, especially on a bright sunny autumn...

Ulladulla Motel is within 5 minutes walk from the Town centre, it’s right opposite the small harbour and there are a few beaches nearby, we went to Mollymook beach which was a very short drive from the motel. The Motel itself is a lovely place to stay, it’s spotlessly clean in fact it all looks recently decorated, there’s a nice sized shower and there is a microwave, kettle cups and mugs, plates and bowls + cutlery. The motel has no reception but all you need to do is call a number you get with...

The best area to stay in Corang is the area immediately surrounding the Corang River, particularly around the Corang Wilderness Lodge.
This central location offers direct access to the Corang River, which is the heart of the region's outdoor activities. The landscape here is characterised by rolling hills, ancient eucalyptus forests, and the clear waters of the river. It's a place where you'll find a blend of rustic charm and modern comforts, making it ideal for those who appreciate nature without sacrificing quality amenities.
Couples looking for a romantic escape will find this area particularly appealing. The seclusion and natural beauty provide a great backdrop for reconnecting. You can enjoy guided bushwalks, picnics by the river, or simply relax on your private verandah, listening to the sounds of the Australian bush. Many accommodations here offer private cabins with features like log fires and outdoor baths, enhancing the sense of a luxurious retreat.
Families will also appreciate the Corang River area for its opportunities for adventure and wildlife spotting. Children can explore the bushland, try fishing in the river, or look for kangaroos and wallabies.
When is the best time to go to Corang?
The best time to go to Corang is during the spring (September to November) or autumn (March to May) months, when the weather is most pleasant for outdoor activities.
Spring in Corang brings comfortably warm temperatures, typically ranging from 15°C to 25°C. This season is ideal for bushwalking and exploring the Corang Arch, as the native wildflowers are in bloom, adding colour to the landscape. It's a great time for couples who enjoy scenic hikes and photography, with the natural beauty at its peak.
Autumn also offers mild and agreeable weather, with temperatures similar to spring. The clear, crisp air is superb for longer walks and wildlife spotting in the surrounding national parks. Families often find autumn appealing for outdoor adventures, as the conditions are generally dry and suitable for children to explore without the intensity of summer heat.
While summer (December to February) can be hot, with temperatures sometimes exceeding 30°C, it's still a great option for those who enjoy warmer weather and don't mind planning activities for the cooler parts of the day. Winter (June to August) is cooler and drier, with daytime temperatures around 10-15°C, making it suitable for cosy stays and enjoying the clear night skies, particularly for stargazing.
