Timber Creek 107 is a ground floor, pet friendly, “Ski-in Walk-out”, 930 sq. ft. 1 Bedroom Loft condominium Sleeps 4 people. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed and is equipped with cable TV. In the connecting Loft, there is a twin Bed with a shared Full Size Bathroom. Downstairs, in the Living Area, a Twin Sofa Sleeper, a beautiful Gas Fireplace, Flat Screen TV and DVD player, Free Ethernet and a Full Size Kitchen are just some of this condo’s amenities. Pets are OK and there is a $35 non-refundable fee per pet, per night. This ground level unit, located near the Community Laundry Facilities, is situated right on the Condo Access ski run. Located in the Center Village and just a quick 3-5 minute walk to the American Eagle and Flyer chair lifts, Timber Creek #107 is ideal for a group or family traveling together who are looking for an affordable option. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-80585 | One parking space per condo available on-site.
