WD12 Located in the East Village on the Copper Creek Golf Course, this townhome offers beautiful views of the Ten Mile Range. It is a short walk to the Super Bee high-speed 6-person chairlift, which takes you 2,000 vertical feet up to the top of the mountain. Be skiing or riding Colorado powder in minutes! The main ground level features a living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the views from the back deck! There is also a full bath on the main level. The guest bedroom, with a queen bed, is located on the main level. The third bedroom, also on the main level, has a set of bunk beds with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. The second level has the master bedroom with a king bed and an en suite bathroom. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the bathroom. There is a one-car detached garage and one spot DIRECTLY behind garage door. There is no exception even while unloading vehicles. Overflow parking is available in the North Alpine Parking Lot for a fee in winter; summer parking is free. The Super Bee chairlift accesses intermediate and advanced terrain. To access West Village and beginner terrain, take advantage of the free "Copper Coach" shuttle service. The Copper Coach will pick you up from the townhome and take you anywhere in Copper Mountain, just give them a call. Another option is to walk to the bus stop in front of Copper Station, a 5-minute walk. The bus comes by every 5-10 minutes during the ski season and will take you to either Center or West Village. Pet Friendly with an additional pet fee of $100 per dog, max 2. Early Season Information: The Super Bee chairlift is used for Olympic training in November and early December. Public access to this lift is dependent on snow conditions, which can vary early in the season. Typically, public access begins around Thanksgiving, but it could be as late as the third week of December. Snow conditions and information about which lifts are currently open can be found by visiting the Copper Mountain website. It began with the garage door lockbox not working upon our arrival. Roof had a severe leak and damaged the wall by fireplace. Leak was fixed on Christmas Day by the HOA. The outdoor grill didn’t have propane that we had planed to cook on and ended up using the oven for a large tenderloin. Kitchen also had a few minor issue that we reported. The upstairs bathroom vent didn’t work and the washing machine drum reeked so bad of mold we didn’t use it. Management company were very nice and addressed issues we brought to their attention during our stay. Town home is starting to show its age as a rental. The house was clean and neat when we got there. Except for an issue with the key in the lockbox not working everything else was good with this rental. Good space for our group of 5\. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the Super Bee lift, and to the only bar/restaurant in the East Village. The shuttle ran pretty regularly, but we also did the 15 minute walk over to Center Village often because it was faster than waiting. It would be a stretch to fit 8 adults in the property, but 6 would be comfy and cosy. The kitchen had most of what we needed, there were plenty of trash bags, toilet paper, dish detergent, etc for our stay. ##### Elizabeth C. The mattress in the upstairs master bedroom, where my wife and I slept was firm and wonderful. So the only reason I gave you a 4 instead of a 5 was the uncomfortable bunk bed mattress. ##### mitch b. My husband and I had our own suite and my in-laws had their own respectively. The kitchen was well stocked and the home was very clean. I especially appreciated the customer service at the front office. They texted us to tell us the property was available way before the check in time. This was a big help as we had been on the road for many hours. The back yard boasted a beautiful view of the mountains. And there were nice walking trails in the area. Very close to Vail, downtown Frisco, and Breckenridge. We ate at Terra Bistro in Vail, Bold in Breckenridge, and got massages at Blue Sage Spa in Frisco. We would definitely stay here again. The management team was wonderful with helping but the problem was never fixed. Two minutes walk to the ski bus and another five minutes ride and you are at the lift. Unfortunately thats all the positive. The rental seems to be built in the 80ies and is in urgent need for renovation and thorough cleaning. The main issue we had was that the roof was leaking and we had water dripping in the living room. We left on day two of the one week rental period but had to pay for three days. So we would not recommend this rental unless it has been renovated. ##### maximilian t.
