- At 781 sq. ft., Mountain Plaza 310 is a spacious condominium, right in the heart of Center Village, that Sleeps 4 people. The Bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds, a Full Size Bath. Within the Living Room, cozy up to the Wood Burning Fireplace, take advantage of the Free WiFi, two Flatscreen TVs, and the well appointed kitchen. This unit is about a 200 ft. walk to the new American Eagle Chondola lift in our village and therefore considered "Ski-in/Ski-out." The building offers free WI-FI, heated underground parking, and Community Laundry Facilities. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #STR24-R-00103| One parking space per condo available on-site. Overflow parking may be available. Contact the rental management company to request a parking permit for overflow parking. Paid parking lot rates fluctuate through the winter season based on volume and demand. Overflow parking is not guaranteed to be available.
