This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The location was great, but the directions, key pad, lights, TV’s, toilets, heaters and no hot water in the Master shower did not work. We called the maintance line 4 times pleading for help. No one ever called or came to fix the issues. After spending almost 10000.00 a night I was so upset it put me in the worst mood and after traveling my entire life this had to be the worst vacation of my life. My 80 year old Dad was freezing. My wife was so upset we had to all wait in line to take a hot shower after in my daughter’s room. We are considering litigation it was that bad. ##### Pancho D.
