If you plan on sleeping during the day this will be suitable. Party hub central and not suitable for families who sleep at night. Large groups of young party goers outside the apartment drinking all night/fighting/smashing bottles and into the morning 8am. Also situated next to a gentleman’s club (think goodness this was closed during our stay over Christmas week) Drains in the apartment bathroom left the entire apartment smelling terrible we had to use the kitchen to brush teeth. The apartment itself is very roomy for a family of four. Kitchen area is lovely. Upon entering the property we were met with a sewer like smell, needing a lick of paint and initially very daunting! The apartment itself was clean, comfy beds and first appearance very lovely. Three main windows looking out on to the street. Two with curtains (bedrooms) main bay window no curtains so if someone sleeping on couch, no darkened room! DON'T THINK YOU WILL GET A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP - YOU CERTAINLY WILL NOT!!!!! Next door is a 'strip club' with many men vacating the area and 'hanging around' then as the drink kicks in they become louder and fighting with smashing glasses through out the night! Windows are not double glazed!!
