The Space:

Bella Monte is your elevated coastal sanctuary — a refined beachside escape designed for effortless holiday living. Perched on the high side of Copacabana, the home captures a panoramic sweep from Copacabana Beach through to Avoca, a backdrop that changes with the light from sunrise to dusk.



Downstairs, light-filled open-plan living flows straight onto the poolside terrace — long summer lunches, relaxed evenings, and days spent drifting between sun, shade and water. In the cooler months, the elevated position turns on its own show: winter sunrises over the Pacific and whales passing offshore from May to November.



Upstairs, oversized bedrooms offer tranquil retreats, each capturing breathtaking outlooks. The upper balcony is the standout — an intimate corner made for sunset cocktails, sea breezes and that uninterrupted coastline.

Bella Monte puts Copa Beach, Avoca and Macmasters all within a few minutes' drive, with Terrigal's restaurants and shops 15 minutes away and Sydney roughly 90 minutes by car. Explore, dine, swim and surf — or stay in and embrace the art of doing nothing.

Other Things to Note:

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and just prior to your arrival we will ask for you to provide a copy of your ID as well as collect card details directly for a refundable deposit bond. We are governed by and respect the very strict privacy laws and your details will not be shared or kept.

Please note we will reach out the week of your arrival to collect a $1,200.00 refundable deposit bond for your stay. This bond will be held securely through STRIPE payment gateway and returned 7 days after your departure.

The property does have CCTV cameras. The location of these cameras are;

One on each balcony (which are covered while guests are at the property)

All COAST HOSTING homes are professionally deep cleaned and have the linen professionally laundered before each guest arrival. This ensures quality, consistency and the highest level of sanitisation

All of our homes have digital keyless entry, Alexa integration for music, timed temperature automation for arrival, air quality, fire safety and sound monitors as well as CCTV at the entry door for added guest security and peace of mind.

NOISE. This is a peaceful space so we require our guests to understand and adhere to the current noise guideline set out by AirBNB/Stays and the local council

There is a 'NO PARTY' Policy in place and enforcement will be swift, forfeiting remaining stay.
