Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats and can accommodate up to 10 guests with a max of 8 adults including visitors and prior approval required for extra guests. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book. A security deposit of $2,000 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection. Whilst Copacabana beach wasn’t suitable for the youngsters to swim we were a stones throw from Avoca. Coming back to Copa & its village atmosphere was so relaxing.
