Perched on the edge of Coos Bay, this brand new luxury townhouse has everything you need for a relaxing coastal getaway. Expansive views are available from all floors of this three-story unit. You can also enjoy fully outfitted media room on the ground floor complete with wet bar, 60” flat panel Smart TV, state of the art sound system, and comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and full-size washer and dryer can be found on the top level of this townhouse. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat panel TV, fireplace, and oversized bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub (with a view!) ensuite. The second bedroom also includes a king-size bed and bathroom, also ensuite. Including the sleeper sofa on the ground floor, this home comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. Each bedroom and the media room with sofa sleeper have full private bathrooms, with a half bath on the second level. When you do venture out, Sunset Bay is just fifteen minutes away, and nearby you’ll find Empire Lake, reported to be some of the best fishing in the state of Oregon. Other Things To Note Picture windows fill this home so you can witness nature at its best on every level. Each day as the tide recedes, the bay fills with hundreds of native birds and seals all hunting for a seafood meal. Watch large trade ships navigate in the distance and enter the canal. Enjoyed spending time in the hot tub or relaxing on the deck while staring out over the bay. Surprised that there was absolutely zero noise from the adjoining townhouses - which made listening to the wind and seaguls that much better. Great Location as well. Short drive to the grocery store (Safeway) and many restaurants. Also served as a great home-base and central location for visiting friends and family in neighboring towns, including Bandon, Barview, and Reedsport. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
