Cooperstown Double Play Cabins Ranch Near Baseball

This large 3BR/ 2 Bath Ranch that sleeps 9 is the main dwelling at Double Play Cabins - 5 minutes to Dreams Park and 10 minutes to Cooperstown and Baseball Hall of Fame. The front ramp allows Wheelchair access and the master bathroom (including the shower) is Wheelchair accessible.

This is one of multiple houses and cabins on the property. Nestled among 12 acres of grassy fields and evergreen trees, the cabins and houses are ideal for guests who love the outdoors and serene nature.

Newly renovated ranch perfect for a large family or for friends to share. Double Play Ranch is ideal for entertaining and hosting a group event. It is on the same property as the Double Play Cabins, and great for accommodating a team, wedding or corporate retreat.

Beautiful pine accents are throughout the 1,800 square feet of modern living. Colorful art adorns the walls and antique furniture pieces lend to the Ranch's charm. Bright natural light streams through the large windows in all rooms. Sit and enjoy lovely views of the large yard from the sliding glass doors leading out to a spacious back deck. The deck has tables with umbrellas ideal for outside dining.

The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher. The Master BR is large with a Queen size bed and has a TV and an ensuite bathroom (wheelchair accessible). Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed and a Twin size bed. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and TV. There is a sleep sofa for 2 persons in the living area.

A mudroom and utility area leading to the back door is where you have your own washer and dryer.

The Ranch has both central and zone heating as well as window air conditioning units for seasonal heating and cooling.

Enjoy amenities shared with Double Pay Cabins: large yard for playing ball, basketball hoop, swing set for little kids and fire pits.

Your hosts are generally onsite in a separate dwelling on the property, and therefore readily available to answer questions and assist you during your stay. Hosts may need to access the garage occasionally for maintenance purposes.

The property is only 3 miles from Cooperstown Dreams Park and 5 miles from the Village of Cooperstown where the National Baseball Hall of Fame is located.

A car is absolutely necessary for visiting the Cooperstown area.

Our group with two small children enjoyed our stay and weekend in Cooperstown. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kids loved the play set and the house was very family friendly. Clear and responsive communication from host. We had a great stay!
