Relaxing beach vacation - beautiful, quiet and clean

Our home at Cooks Beach boasts 4 large bedrooms with 7 comfy beds: 2 x queen, 1 x double and 4 x single, to accommodate a maximum of 10 people.

It has an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area which opens up to two separate outdoor areas. There is a BBQ available. The kitchen is equipped with cooking and baking equipment and a dish washer. We also have a TV and full laundry facilities.

There is a single carport, suitable to park a boat and also space available to pitch a tent. There is plenty of off street parks.

In addition to the two bathrooms, there is an outdoor shower.

We are only a 3 minutes’ walk to the beach and a 10 minutes’ walk to Purangi estuary, 5 minutes drive to Ferry Landing and short ferry ride to Whitianga with fantastic Restaurants, Cafes and Shopping.

The local shops are also only a 5 minute walk away.

Our house is an ideal place for people to relax in.

We rely on our guests to leave the house in a satisfactory condition for our next guest.

Please clean the house and do the dishes before you leave.

Amazing place

We try and stay every year at this house and it works so well. Our family of 5, kids aged between 5-8, plus my parents, had plenty of room, and space to chill out. Location is great and it was so peaceful. Looking forward to coming back next year.

We had such a wonderful stay. The home was in a good location and accommodated our group of 10 well. We had a great time on a boat tour, Cooks beach, also visited Hot Water Beach. Hot water beach was my favorite spot so far on our trip.

A Great Property

This house is an absolute must stay in Cooks Beach. Has a true beach feel and we enjoyed every minute of staying here! Property manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. We recommend this house to everyone looking for somewhere to stay in Cooks Beach.

Great fanily sized home

We had 8 people in the house had plenty of room for us all. Everyone one got their own bed, in a bedroom so lounge was left for family games. Definately will book again

Great bach super handy to the beach and pet friendly too

The bach is super handy to the beach. Suitable for big groups, we were 10 adults plus our furbabies too and still had a relaxing and comfortable stay. Note property isn’t fully fenced for those with pets but the area is pretty quiet anyway. The owners were one call away and responsive when we needed something. Will stay in this bach again this summer!
