This spacious, welcoming home offers plenty of room to spread out and unwind. The large, partially covered deck creates seamless indoor-outdoor flow, perfect for lounging in the sun or retreating to the shade. Fire up the BBQ and gather around the generous 8-seater outdoor dining table for alfresco meals, or enjoy a movie night on the comfy indoor sofas.  
  
Inside, the well-equipped kitchen makes mealtimes a breeze, whether you're whipping up breakfast or prepping a feast. With three spacious bedrooms, the home comfortably sleeps up to seven guests across two queen beds and three singles. Two bathrooms, including a private ensuite in the main bedroom, ensure comfort and convenience for all.  
  
Flaxmill Haven is just a two-minute stroll down a quiet cul-de-sac to the beach, where you'll find a pontoon to swim out to, and a rope swing under the iconic pohutukawa trees. After a day at the beach, rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower before settling in for the evening.  
  
Fully-fenced including a secure gate, the property offers peace of mind for families with young children or pets. Set in a quiet, relaxed neighbourhood, it’s ideal for evening stargazing and slow, sunny mornings. For the boating enthusiasts, the Purangi Regional Reserve boat ramp is just five minutes away by car, with on-site parking available for vessels up to seven metres long.  
  
A four-minute walk takes you to local favourite Eggsentric Cafe for home-baked treats, great coffee, and icecream, or jump in the car for a short drive to Cooks Beach Takeaways or The Vessel for a casual meal with Cooks Beach General Store right next door for essentials. Explore local favourites like Hot Water Beach, Cathedral Cove in Hahei, or hop on the ferry to Whitianga for a day of adventure.
