Cooks Estuary Escape - Waterfront at your doorstep

This is truely a peaceful place to enjoy your holiday time with family and friends.
A home that is well equipped to accommodate two families (up to 10) comfortably and extra space for more people as required.
A thoughtful layout and fantastic socialising area with indoor / outdoor flow to the estuary waterfront ensures your time staying is easy and enjoyable.
Patios on all sides of the house enable you to enjoy the sun throughout the day.
The garage is fully insulated and carpeted to add an additional sleeping area as agreed. At the end of the property the kids can play in the sand, the park and swings, or you can take out the kayak or paddle board (outside hot/cold shower for convenient cleanup after the beach), a short walk around the waterfront to the main beach, or take in many of the local attractions.
***The three week Christmas / New Year holiday period is booked in three slots of 7 days. All other holiday periods have minimum night stays. Please enquire for your dates.***
*Fibre broadband with Netflix Guest Account.
*Pet friendly with prior approval-guest to pay for any damages.
*Some life jackets are supplied. Guests must supply their own life jackets that fit to their size.

Great house with amazing location. Loved having the option of kayak, paddle board even shovels for Hot Water beach. Worked well for our family. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful relaxing escapade

We had a great stay here. Fantastic location to nearby hotspots whitianga, hahei, hot water beach. Host Tracey is super helpful and responsive. Home is very well equipped (bring own bath towels and toiletries) with peaceful surroundings.

Peaceful break

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely estuary home. The views were beautiful, beds were comfortable and we appreciated the pet-friendly policy. As a baker, I'd suggest adding a hand mixer or egg beater, and kitchen scales with working batteries. Small shower gels would be a nice touch, as they're common in similar accommodations. The riverstone path at the entrance is a bit challenging for elderly guests. Despite these minor points, our stay was delightful and we'd recommend this accommodation.

The Estuary outlook is fantastic.!

This Estuary Escape property was fabulous for our family of 8, reunion. The location is beautiful, the house was so comfortable for us all. The extra water spot gear appreciates, too.

Tranquility

We loved our stay. The home location was fantastic, overall the stay was amazing. The beds were not the most comfortable nor were the pillows. The owners don’t provide bath towels. In their defense they did mention this in the overall comments, but we did not read this until we were already at the property as this isn’t common, it caught us off guard. They also did not make the beds, they provided linen, but we had to make our beds. We only stayed one night, we felt this home would be idea for an extended stay, or for locals who can bring their own towels and better pillows to create a much better stay. Overall the home was great. We loved the location and the settings. The communication was great, the information was provided on a timely manner.

Tracey was a wonderful host and she took a huge chance on a group of young adults. She made us feel right at home and would answer any questions we asked.We had an amazing stay because of the house's perfect location. A home away from home

It was excellent. The property itself was clean and well stocked. The location on shore was beautiful. We have a minor issue with the Bbq but that was rectified by the owners. All in all an excellent property to rent.
