Property was clean , staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great .Guest service manger Jason C was excellent . Very helpful and professional. Will surely stay again and recommend.

I liked the fact you had to use your key to get in the side doors. Very clean building and rooms were very clean. I was not impressed with the breakfast Thry did have a lot to offer but only one kid of egg and that was a cheese omelet. Biscuits were very hard. Would stay here again but eat breakfast elsewhere

My first room I'd stayed in before. It was clean, large and comfortable. I unpacked. When I went into the bathroom there was a slightly 'funky' smell. I put a tissue into the clean toilet and flushed, the toilet made a odd noise, and was slow to refill--it was broken. I asked to change rooms. The second room was smaller, and much more run down. I went downstairs to change rooms again, but the desk clerk was no where to be found. The next day I needed to do laundry, the single washing machine was out of service. I moved across the way to a Marriott property that was excellent. But, before I left this hotel, bags in tow, I got stuck in the elevator. Ugh.

Stay at Holiday Inn Express
Visiting family just spent one night at the hotel. The employees were all wonderful, very friendly. Food was great for breakfast. Our room was comfortable. Also quiet could not hear others above us, or next to us. I think it’s just time for the bathrooms to get a little bit more remodeled. There was a little bit of mold. It looks like on top of the wallpaper door side and a little more lighting. Brighter lighting is what I meant. Much easier to put on make up. Would recommend and stay again

Very friendly front desk staff, clean & comfortable room, easy parking in convenient location. No exhaust fan so there was a little bathroom mold. Overall, a great stay!

Close to exits, fuel, and dining. Fantastic staff! Feels very safe. One elevator was malfunctioning, but it now appears to be working properly. Room has refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. A great value!

Second week in a row I stayed here for work. First week room key had to be replaced every day, guess I was doing something wrong. Second week, it did the same, and I didn’t keep the key on me this time. Annoying, but not end of the world. Just annoying. During the second week, we came back to the room with the thermostat or unit itself malfunctioning, the room was 95 degrees. One of the two women at the front desk seemed annoyed that I was asking what we could do and seemed frustrated or that it was costing her money to get us a different room. Also, my key didn’t work on that room either. Also, a small complaint, but still valid when compared to other hotels, they had cheese omelets everyday on the breakfast, it never rotated. I thought it would maybe switch to scrambled, but never did. I could be picky, but the keys never working really got under my skin since we were in town working 11-16 hour days, and having to go right back downstairs for a new room key was very frustrating.

Problems with air conditioners and breakfast
The first room air conditioner did not cool the room even after several hours. They had no one who could re pair it. We were in a suite. We had to change rooms to a standard room which was okay but they could not refund the difference in the price to us at the hotel, we have to call a 800 number to try and get the re fund. The se cond room thermostat did not work but at least the room was cool, but we were unable to control the temperature. They need a/c help. Also the breakfast was was poorly done.
