The location and layout of this place is excellent- it's easy to get to and pull onto and off the main road (I had a motorcycle with me), and the backyard river access in the back was really my favorite part of this place. My wife and I had a wonderful time and were sad to leave.

SECURE THIS HOME IF YOU CAN! An excellent location & property to enjoy the Kancamagus Scent Byway and the White Mtn. Ntl. Forest. The house and property are beautiful. You park your car in the large fenced-in yard, with beautiful deck, grills, picnic table, canoe, kayaks, & fire pit. The Saco river is accessed by a short path directly out the back corner of the yard. The home is well equipped with a mudroom, nice kitchen appliances, Cable TV, and a nice stack washer/dryer. There is a full bathroom with tight-but-good shower upstairs and a handy 1/2 bath downstairs. Both bedrooms are upstairs, each equipped with a queen bed and double bunk for sleeping 8 total. The queen bed we used was very comfortable. NONE OF THE FOLLOWING ARE SHOW-STOPPERS but just useful info: Upstairs is accessed by a modestly steep staircase with short treads. Hold the railing and be careful. Only the front bedroom has a small closet and a highchair, but neither of the bedrooms is equipped with any available dressers, hanging areas, shelves for personal items, or luggage racks, although there is plenty of room to install some handy shelves for travelers. We just stacked our clothes on the bunk beds in the rear bedroom we used. Since the property is on Main St leading out of town, there is modest traffic noise. If you’re a light sleeper, using the rear bedroom will help some, but a couple of soundproof windows would eliminate this. And the living room couch & chairs are past prime, lacking support.

The house is in a prime location to get to all the stores . Having the access to the Saco is another great thing ,plus the owner supplied tubes , kayaks, canoe, games to play in the yard . Also the cooler for the water . Lots more .

Excellent spot right on the river! We had 6 kids, 4 adults, and the family dog and we all fit in there just fine. Back yard was awesome with games for the kids and a huge fire pit. Close to everything; Cranmore, Center Conway, White Mountains. Clean, easy check-in, and communication with host was a breeze. Will be going back!

Very cute house minutes from North Conway and attractions. Literally a one minute walk down to the river with beautiful views. Will definitely come back.
