Located in the privacy fenced backyard of a 1920s historic downtown home, our freshly renovated tiny home features a lofted bedroom accessed with a pull out ladder, fully stocked kitchen, dedicated workspace with desk, bathroom with washer/dryer, and living room with couch. The property is within walking distance to downtown (shopping, restaurants, coffee shops) and a mile from University of Central Arkansas, Central Baptist College, Hendrix College, and Conway Regional Medical Center.

I don’t have any pics, because I rented this for my daughters who were driving back to Tennessee from Texas. But their excitement when they got there was amazing for my heart, as I wanted them to have a nice safe place to rest and not do it all in one day like they did when they came to Texas!! But they thoroughly enjoyed their stay, said that it was very cute and cozy. It’s just about perfect for two people. Thank you so much for taking such great care of them and communicating with me as well, as the go between. They said checkin and out was a breeze and easy to find. Thanks again!
