We had five couples and there was plenty of room. A spacious living and kitchen area and the bedrooms were great. It is in good condition and very clean. They offer a lot of kitchen gadgets and supplies to use, plus washing machine, dryer, dishwasher which helps make your vacation run smoothly. It was a short drive to North Conway and Storyland. We had 11 people stay including a 2,3,10, and 14 yrs. old and there was plenty of room for everyone. We even got a free nature show when a momma bear and her two cubs decided to raid the trash barrels!!!!! ##### Jim D. Stayed here in 2012 and came back for our 2023 trip. Lots of updates since our last stay! Enjoyed the 2 large tables for eating and game playing. Lots of bedrooms and separate space for our adult kids and grandkids to have individual time! Pool table and dart board were bonus fun for the adults!
