"Warning - THIS IS A BED AND BREAKFAST. Nothing in the description says anything about "sharing" a bathroom, "sharing" the house, multiple families/individuals staying at the same time, etc. ESPECIALLY DURING COVID!!!!! "The moment we checked in we were greeted with kindness, courtesy and professional, we were even offered bottled water. Very clean, safe, and well lit property. The room was so clean and comfortable. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Richmond by IHG

8/10 Good

"Hotel was clean and the staff at check-in was great. Not so much checking out. Myself and another patron were looking around for desk help. Asked the lady working the kitchen and she must have called for help. Seemed like she was having a bad morning. (The desk clerk). Would stay again."
