Wi-fi connection is not always stable but staff was good

While a few staff members were friendly and helpful, overall the level of hospitality and guest service did not meet expectations. Many employees did not appear welcoming or attentive toward guests. Additionally, the food prices were quite high considering that the presentation and overall quality did not reflect the cost. Due to this experience, on the final day of our stay we chose to dine outside of the hotel.

Very nice hotel Great food and staff

Rooms Are Super Clean, the Hotel itself looks Brand New unless it was recently renovated. The Location is perfect its a Very Safe Area and about 20mins-40mins from el Centro (Zocalo) Puebla. Depends on the time of your commute… You have many restaurants to choose from nearby. Its a very convenient location. I would definitely recommend this Location. I will return to this place again if Im in the area. Also Family Friendly Location. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Thank you Tru Hilton for an exceptional First Experience. La ubicación es excelente, la habitación muy cómoda y el desayuno delicioso. En general, la estancia fue agradable. Sin embargo, hubo algunos inconvenientes: el internet no funcionó durante nuestra estancia y, por la noche, no contamos con agua. Entendemos que el hotel estaba lleno, pero consideramos que es un servicio básico, especialmente después de haber estado fuera todo el día. A pesar de estos detalles, la relación calidad-precio es muy buena.
