"I reserved a Double Queen Suite which sleeps 6. The photos showed 2 queens plus a pull out couch in an adjacent room. What I got was 2 queens and in the adjacent room a live seat which was not a pull out. I attempted to call the front desk from the room phone… which had no dial tone and turned out not to be connected to anything… apparently just decorative. I called the hotel on my cell.. I was told that the property has NO pull out beds, and that they have NO CONTROL over what Expedia...

"Check in was great! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The bathroom inside the room could have been cleaned better. There was hair in the shower and some gunk under the sink. The cleaning staff did come daily to check to see if we needed anything. Pool/waterpark area was clean and well maintained. Went during the week so it was pretty quiet. Game room was clean and decent. All games were $1, a couple didn’t work but had no signs. The front desk staff was kind enough to give my kiddos their money back."
