Absolutely incredible stay at Hotel de Provence in Cannes! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Everyone was genuinely kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.
The room was spotless, very comfortable, and everything worked perfectly from the amenities to the overall setup. The location was also amazing, close to everything and perfect for enjoying Cannes without stress.
This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Hotel de Provence 10 times over without hesitation. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would honestly give 200 stars! Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back.

Lots of Delicious breakfast options but did run out if you didn’t get there early. Rooms were very nice, if a bit small, as is the usual in France. Nice water options to keep in room refrigerator. Very clean. It is located about a 20 minute walk from where you will want to spend your time and you won’t have a view from your room, but if you want those things, you will have to pay up for them. All in all, great hotel for the price.

Property was beautiful but just too far from Nice downtown… staff was ok, area immediately walkable in back of the hotel seemed sketch. The promenade out front was better but again, 3-4 miles east of where you want to be.

Just being in a room overlooking la promenade des Anglais and the Mediterranean Sea was memorable view. It also made it convenient to do our daily walks and to visit the nice Nice Restaurants, We will be back again in few years.
