Lovely place to stay. You do need a car to get about, 40 mins from nice centre. Perfect for travelling around the towns/cities on the coast

Mountains to sea

It was a little more remote than we anticipated. Our host were wonderful people and went over the top for us. They were the highlight of our stay. We really enjoyed the pool.

Maison de Charlotte, Conte

Loved our week long stay. Ideally located 45 mins in the hills behind Nice. Easy to get to Cote Azure either by road or train and further up on the Alps Provençal. Hosts couldn’t do more to help with our hire car accident which was invaluable.

A wonderful stay in a charming house

We couldn’t be happier with our choice of Charolette’s House. The house was comfortable, clean and decorated with French country style. The grounds were picturesque and the pool was delightful. We had balcony and yard tables for dining while taking in the Mountain View. Our hosts were great. They were welcoming, accommodating and yet gave us lots of privacy. I also fell in love with their adorable cats and friendly dog. Charolette’s House is a real gem, I would highly recommend it.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Jacqueline sehr genossen. Der riesige Pool und das große Grundstück sind einfach toll. Wenn man an die Küste fahren möchte muss man immer durch kleine Täler mit vielen engen Kurven, das fanden wir etwas umständlich.Im Haus ist es relativ dunkel, so dass wir uns einen Aufenthalt dort im Herbst, wenn man aufgrund der Temperaturen und der Dunkelheit sich mehr innen aufhält, nicht so gut vorstellen können.Die Kommunikation und Betreuung vor Ort mit Jacqueline war sehr unkompliziert und angenehm.

Familienurlaub

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Unsere Gastgeber haben uns freundlich empfangen und Haus und Grundstück gezeigt. Im Kühlschrank erwartete uns noch ein kleine Willkommens Erfrischung. Die Gastgeber leben zwar mit auf dem Grundstück, verhielten sich aber sehr diskret und waren trotzdem immer hilfsbereit und überaus freundlich zur Stelle. Das Haus ist in einem gepflegten Zustand. Allerdings handelt es sich um ein sehr altes Haus, was man auch hier und da merkt. Z. Bsp. ist die Zimmerdecke in der oberen Etage teils sehr niedrig. Was unsere Söhne (10, 12) zum Glück nicht gestört hat. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und der Pool ein Traum. Ein paar kleine Dinge, die uns etwas gestört haben, oder vielleicht schwierig waren. Die Küche besitz nur zwei Herdplatten und wir haben nur 1 Pfanne vorgefunden und ein paar Töpfe. Für eine 4 köpfige Familie zu kochen war teilweise eine Herausforderung. Das Elternbett war sehr schmal und kurz. Die Matratze sehr hart, was wir eigentlich mögen, aber hier schon eine Herausforderung war. Auch eine große Herausforderung waren die Mücken. Im Haus war alles prima, da wir dank Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen die Fenster geschlossen lassen konnten. Gegen Abend wurde man draußen allerdings in kürzester Zeit zerstochen. Was für uns bedeutet hat, dass wir die Außenanlage abends völlig gemieden haben. Baguette zum Frühstück gibt es Mo-Fr fußläufig im Dorf, Am WE muss man fahren.Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr zu Hause gefühlt.

Mooie accommodatie in een historische landhuis.

Mooi huis welke is aangebouwd aan het huis van de eigenaars. Vriendelijke mensen George spreek redelijk engels. In de beide slaapkamers is een goed werkende airco aanwezig. In de keuken een overvloed aan keukengerei, voldoende groot allemaal. er is een aparte woonkamer met een balkon. In de tuin een ruim zwembad met meer dan voldoende stoelen en ligbedden. heel comfortabel allemaal. ook nog een kleine ruimte met fitnes apparatuur. auto kan op het terrein gestald worden, voelt allemaal goed veilig. Met name 's-avonds zijn wel veel venijnige muggen.Dichtbij is een restaurant en op sommige dagen een prima pizza bakker. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf en de gastvrijheid van de eigenaar!

Ein richtiger Wohlfühlort

Wir verbrachten 10 wunderschöne Tage bei Jaqueline und George. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig über zwei Stockwerke verteilt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Dank Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern konnten wir auch bei 35 Grad gut schlafen. Der große, beheizte Pool ist wunderbar und wir hatten ihn ganz für uns alleine. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich, wir konnten mit Fragen und Anliegen immer zu ihnen kommen und sie haben uns ein paar tolle Ausflugstipps gegeben. Unsere Kinder haben sofort Freundschaft mit den beiden geschlossen und der Abschied ist sehr schwer gefallen.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist sauber, gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und liegt auf einem traumhaft schönen Grundstück. Der Pool wurde von den Besitzern täglich gereinigt und die Liegestühle wurden liebevoll mit Polstern und Handtüchern ausgestattet. Georges und Jaqueline waren stets sehr aufmerksam und dennoch diskret. Wir sind sehr dankbar für einen ganz tollen Urlaub an der Côte d´Azur.

Traumreise nach Frankreich

Wir träumten schon lange von einem Urlaub in Südfrankreich und wurden von unserer Unterkunft und der Umgebung absolut überzeugt irgendwann wieder zu kommen. Lage idylisch, aber denoch nicht weit zu den bekannten Städten und zum Meer. Super Grundstück und freundliche Gastgeber (und deren Haustiere). Ein traumhafter Urlaub.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Contes. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, liebevoll dekoriert und noch schöner als auf den Bildern . Jacqueline und George sind sehr gute Gastgeber. Die Außenanlage ist perfekt!

Hervorragend um die Cote-Azur zu erleben

Die Lage ist optimal, um die Côte d'Azur zu entdecken. Nizza, Cannes, Menton, Monaco sind in weniger als 1 Stunde erreichbar und man kann nach den Ausflügen die Ruhe am großen Pool genießen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfbereit und bleiben sehr diskret. Das alte Haus ist liebevoll renoviert worden. Es fehlt nichts! Es gibt für jeden was: man kann wandern, Fahrrad fahren (wenn man sehr sportlich ist!), Städte-Tour machen oder einfach stundenlang am Pool bleiben und ein Buch lesen. Zur Info: Auf dem großen Gelände leben aktuell 3 Katze und ein Hund, die man ab und zu begegnet.

PARFAITE LOCATION!!

Nous avons passe une superbe semaine. George et Jaqueline sont tres agreables,attentifs,aimables... bref aux petits soins et tres discrets!! Ein kleines Paradies

Ein wundervoller Platz zum Erholen und Entspannen. In ruhiger Umgebung, hoch oben auf dem Berg. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein Ausflug nach Nizza und die nähere Umgebung an der Côte d'Azur lohnt sich. Alles nur 30- 60min entfernt. Die Vermieter Georges und Jaqueline sind sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen an der Côte d'azur verbracht. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, die Vermieter sehr nett, herzlich und hilfsbereit. George hat sogar für unsere Tochter einen Arzttermin vereinbart! Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight. Wir haben frische Tomaten, Zucchini und Eier vom Vermieter bekommen. Unsere Kinder haben sich in die Katzen verliebt und die verloren geglaubte Schildkröte im Garten wiedergefunden:-) Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub! Vielen Dank an George und Jaqueline!

Wunderbares Haus in toller Lage

Wir hatten in diesem tollen Haus 2 wunderbare Urlaubswochen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir wurden durch das Haus und den schönen Garten geführt. Zur Begrüßung war ein kleiner Grundvorrat an Getränken im Kühlschrank. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Gartenanlage sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Der große Pool umgeben von einer Terrasse, schönen alten Bäumen, mediterranen Kräutern und Obstbäumen hat uns herrliche Stunden der Entspannung verschafft. Die Gastgeber waren stets um uns bemüht, wir wurden auch mit frischen Eiern von den eigenen Hühnern versorgt. Auch die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Ruhig und dennoch nicht weit weg von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und den Küstenstädten der Côte d'Azur. Auch Ausflüge in die tolle Landschaft des Hinterlandes sind empfehlenswert. Der Urlaub war rundherum gelungen und wir bedanken uns herzlich bei Familie Lançon dafür. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
