"The stay was good. I have stayed here a few time and enjoyed the convenience for early flights. One thing they can improve on: the shuttle service from to Terminal 2. I had an early flight which required me to be at Terminal 2 before 5. The airport shuttle does not operate before 5 am. So I tried to use the hotel shuttle service. I was down at the lobby at 4:25 am. I waited and asked the workers there couple times. Only around 4:50 am they told me that the van would be late by another 20 minutes. I had to rush to the airport shuttle and got on the train for Terminal 2. They could have been more proactive and keep me posted so I could make a decision earlier."

"Excelente hotel super amable el personal y las habitaciones las areas todo perfecto solo la muchacha cajera que esta los martes en la mañana que pesimo atiende esa mujer fañta de cordialidad falta de amabilidad muy prepotente actua como si ella estuviera haciendo el favor de rentar la habitacion intente reportarla pero nome quiso dar su nombre .. de hay en fuera todo el demas personal es super amable"
