"I greatly enjoyed my stay at this hotel as the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and tidy. The hotel has great facilities, ideal for families. The location of the hotel is near the major attractions and shopping options available in the city. Overall, I was extremely pleased and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Constantine."

"Novotel in Constantine was generally very clean with very helpful staff. The one thing that bothered us the most is that the sink drains did not seem to employ a P-Trap and let sewer smells come in through the drain. The experience of using the sink (washing faces, brushing teeth etc..) was quite unpleasant."

"Room was a bit small for a four night stay. Shower and sink both leaked. Poor communication with reception. Ordered a taxi to take us to a specific restaurant but reception told the taxi driver another restaurant. This caused us problems with the driver and ended up costing us more than planned. Reception told us we could book a taxi to Djemila but failed to tell us that we needed to apply for permission in advance. Positives were the amazing view from the back of the hotel, the comfy bed and the central location "
