The only thing I would say that was not professional was a lack of response (none at all) to an email I had sent a few days prior departure, and also some of the staff were more friendly and helpful than others.
One lady made you feel like you were putting her seriously out when all you were doing was asking a simple question or requiring some basic assistance.

Some room aspects a little dated (& tired to be honest), but what humans usually like about anything is character. This place has character & worth visiting, even for only 1 or 2 nights. Unless on business, I'd say Craiova is just a stopover point. Be prepared for challenges with roads (on satnav/GPS)."

"The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because the loud music that was playing outside on the nearby restaurant terrace. It only stoped at 3:00 am in the morning. Unacceptable.
