  • Our luxury cottages are placed for tranquility and adventure set in the beautiful countryside of North West Durham.
    Only 20 minutes drive will take you to the world heritage site of Durham City and 30 minutes into Newcastle. The cottage is all ground floor for easy access.
    The bathroom has a walk in shower. The spare bedroom has an additional pull out bed should you have 4 people in your group.
    The cottage has a private patio area along with a very large communal garden with decking area.
    The kitchen is fully equipped with a welcome pack ready for your arrival.
    All areas are beautifully decorated and maintained to the highest of standards. There is ample onsite parking with easy access from the carpark to the cottage ie no steps.
    There is CCTV to the car-park and gated entrance. Telephone numbers and contact details are in the cottage within the guest information file. Dogs are welcome at £20 per dog per stay. 1 large/med or 2 small dogs only. Dogs registered under the dangerous dogs act are not allowed.
    There is a fenced dedicated dog exercise area
    We also partner with Beamish Museum to offer you a 15% entrance discount voucher
    Please note we do not allow Fireworks
