Good location, nice place, clean, looks the sana as pictured. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and casino. Doesn’t have pool.

I had an incredible time at the Fairmont. The staff was fantastic, and the rooms were spotless. I chose to stay in the bungalow, which was incredibly cozy and private. The entire property was simply amazing. The pools, beach, restaurants, and casino were all top-notch. It was a truly memorable experience.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. On the first day of our stay, I slipped on water in the hotel lobby that had accumulated due to a leak from the ceiling. At the time of my fall, there was no wet floor warning sign in place. I reported the incident immediately, and hotel staff documented it. Only after my fall was a wet floor sign brought to the area. As a result, I injured my back and forearm, resulting in significant bruising, a laceration, and ongoing pain that affected the remainder of our vacation. We were unable to fully enjoy several excursions we had planned because of my injuries. While I appreciate that hotel management checked on me during our stay and provided a room credit, I was disappointed by the lack of any meaningful resolution afterward. I also found Expedia's handling of my complaint frustrating. My case was initially addressed to another person, I received inconsistent information regarding communication with the hotel, and OneKeyCash was added to my account without my agreement despite my request for a monetary resolution. I hope both the hotel and Expedia review how incidents like this are handled in the future. Guest safety and clear communication should always be a priority.
