#### Great value if you get the right staff members

Great place and i come back whenever i visit the woodlands area. This time was great as well, i had a little gripe with one of the staff (called when i still had 2 days left asking me if i was sill in the room and made me go to the office and pay for the extra internet (of which i did use but expected to pay after stay) the same indevidual was always a bit cold. Rest of staff were great and i will be looking forward to a return trip in the future

The outside near the smoking area seemed a bit run down but I loved the easy access to interstate 45 and loop 99 in houston. :-) very friendly person at the check in.

It’s a motel that people live in so there were lots of people standing and walking around but that’s what I would expect out of a place like this. The room was smaller than expected and the bed was really small. It was a decent stay. Nothing too bad nothing too good

Wasnt horrible for 40 a night. Area is near airport so i should have expected hearing planes at night. Weed smell in the hall. Staff was courteous and professional.

#### You get what you pay for. 

My other booking canceled, I was in a hurry, so I wasn't too put-off by the worn furniture, broken Wifi, broken showerhead, or even the superficial cleaning (to say nothing of the spots on the carpet that glowed brightly under my UV flashlight). That said, it was quiet and comfortable.

Staff is very friendly and kind. noisy by freeway and dark parking lot at night. Pets and animals in other rooms of long stay guests barking and in windows when walking by.

#### Meeting George was the best part

My room didn’t smell good but the bed was comfortable and the shower was spacious and had hot water. I had the pleasure of meeting George. He is super nice and friendly. I will always remember him. He is a blessing!

#### The worst interior and it's near the woodlands?!! 

Channa is the best receptionist I've come across. Excellent customer service received. HOWEVER the condition of the room made me turn around and leave immediately. Roaches everywhere, cabinet boxes in horrible conditions and moldy. I was so shocked and appalled by the interior conditions I couldn't believe this was a hotel here in America. I will never stay or recommend this spot.

The staff was very nice and helpful, and explained theyre under new management and in the process of cleaning up the place and exsterminating. The area was fine restaraunts and shopping close by, some shady people around but didnt feel unsafe. My only real issue is the ROACHES! They were everywhere like 3 different breeds everywhere you looked, im just glad none got on my bed. Other than that good place for the price.

First of all, the property was close to my destination….only 5 minutes away. My room was ready when I arrived at 7:15 AM . I’d worked a night shift and needed to sleep for my shift the same night. I live an hour away and with traffic it’s exhausting after working all night. It was fairly quiet for my sleep for the most part. Negatives: I was greeted by someone with a huge dog in the “lobby”. Gross… #2 I was charged an early check in fee of $50, an incidental fee of $50, plus I’d gotten an internet deal for $25\. Total $125 could’ve gone to MARRIOT down the street. But it was only one night. Surely I could bare it. However, it would’ve been cheaper if I’d just paid for the night before instead of the extra fees. The property from the elevator to the room and everything in between wreaked of nastiness. The elevator STUNK to no end. The carpet /rug was filthy. The room door was not appropriately sealed (sunlight through all the crevices). The room smelled horrible also. I was coughing the entire time during my nap. The bed was squeaky. The floor hadn’t been swept properly. There was dust and trash behind the nightstand. The shower was dirty. And there were some type of small black bugs crawling in the toilet and sink. Will NOT be back. $25? You get what you pay for.

The entire place looked like a run down very abused hotel. Every room looked like somone had urinated in frontvof the door, our room smelled terrible and the bathroom door had no doorknob so you could not shut the door are you could not get out. Tha staff was unfriendly and there were many vagrants hanging around the property. The sign in the parking lot said dont leave anything in your car and the security guard on property made it clear you could be robbed. Worst hotel experience i have had on Expedia.
