The bed was clean, and the host at the check in desk was kind. The continental breakfast was delicious. I loved how close the hotel was to the Cynthia Woods Mitchell pavilion, and the price of the room was great. Unfortunately, the bedroom had a mild smell to it that got under my skin. I don't know how to describe the smell, but it was a turn off. When we arrived to check in, they were a bit behind schedule, so we did have to wait. Thankfully, we were in no rush. I would give the hotel another try if I stay in the area again.

Room was runned down :( rust on ac unit, closet and shower. Not clean, poop smears by toilet handle. Toilet back was cracked. Bathroom light on ceiling no fixture just light in ceiling. Staff was super nice just run down and smelled. All clothes smell after leaving :(

The room was very clean as; was the hotel overall. The bed was very comfortable and I really liked that the a/c had the continues fan button option. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

We had loud abusive people next door the first night and had to call for help to the front desk. The next night to our surprise the next door room had several loud girls. We were disappointed because of our scary problems the night before. We hoped the hotel would let us sleep and put a quieter group... or no one at all! The hotel seemed very empty. On the good side, the beds are very comfortable and the staff very kind and friendly. The breakfast was an excellent continental breakfast.

Friendly staff, clean property and well-maintained. Good location and for the price was an amazing deal. Breakfast buffet had plenty of good tasting and fresh offerings. Coffee and water was provided to guests around the clock. Also, a nice walking path, around a retention pond, adjacent to the property.
