"The room was so clean it was the first time I was willing to walk around with bare feet. I love that they provide bathrobes that you can either wear to the pool or just around your room. The bed was super comfortable. I appreciated having the refrigerator and the microwave. The elevators are super quick. I would recommend this hotel to anybody."

"The place was ok and my room upgrade was nice but the check in experience was terrible. The elderly woman at the check-in appeared overwhelmed. Their system was unable to process my credit card for incidentals. My card was working perfectly fine that day. When I told them that there is nothing wrong with my card they suggested to check with my bank. (Implying that I may have hit my limit). I went online and everything was ok with my card. Then she told me that if they can’t process my credit card I won’t be able to get my room even though it has been prepaid. Unbelievable. Then another clerk helped by temporarily putting a hold on my card for CAD 150 for incidentals. My card was working perfectly fine for that transaction. When I pointed out that obviously the card was working perfectly well all I got was an eye rolling. No apology. I cannot with a good conscience recommend this place. Imagine how you would feel if you can’t get your prepaid room because their system is malfunctioning and doesn’t recognize your Visa card for incidentals. Avoid. "
