"Very misleading listing. The room we received was not the one we believed we rented based on the online photos. The WiFi was terrible, and the room did not even include a TV, which was never mentioned in the listing. Getting luggage to the building was also difficult — either uphill from the front entrance or through mud from the back. The front desk informed us that you must call at 8 AM to request fresh towels. However, there is no phone in the room, and there is little to no cell service inside the room, making that nearly impossible. When I requested towels in the evening after a long day of hiking, the employee simply said no and told us we would have to wait until morning. We ended up checking out a day early around 10 AM and then had to walk the entire property just to find someone to turn in our keys. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here."
