Best stay ever!
Absolutely above and beyond all our expectations. Friendly hosts, breakfast hot and ready - spacious, quiet, safe. Slept so well here! Super convenient to Penn State Fayette, ohiopyle SP and biking/running trails and so much more. Access to dining area, and game/tv room which was great for yoga before bed.

Great "Home Base" for Laurel Highlands Explorers!
We enjoyed our stay here very, very much! We were there for a full week while we explored the Laurel Highlands of PA. Seams Like Home is perfectly located near all the Frank Lloyd Wright sites, Ohiopyle State Park, the Flight 93 Memorial and even Pittsburgh! Rick and Donna were very welcoming and did everything to make us feel at home. The breakfasts were delicious (get the cookbook!) and the conversation was lively. After our days of hiking, exploring, rafting, etc. it was lovely to come "home" to this beautiful retreat in the woods. Highly recommend!!

Both hosts were so very warm and accommodating. Gave excellent suggestions where to visit, where to dine. Room was clean and comfortable, but I suggest having TV access in each room instead of one small screen in the common area.

Unique place to get a feel for the local area. Clean, great breakfast, and kind knowledgeable hosts. The bonfire to welcome us was such a nice touch. The shared kitchen and living area was well stocked. Recommended!

Our stay at Seams Like Home BB was very comfortable and pleasant.Our room and other spaces were very clean and welcoming. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. It was a good experience and we would recommend this B&B to anyone wanting a quiet, comfortable place to stay.

Truly a piece of God's creation!
Richard and his wife Donna were outstanding hosts. From the moment we arrived we felt like family coming for a visit. The rooms , dining rooms and gathering areas were beautifully decorated and the surroundi8ng grounds peaceful! This truly was a little piece of God's awesome creation! We will definitely be back!

Very nice accommodations and great omelette breakfast. Rick and Donna are interesting people and have a nice life out there in rural Pennsylvania making you feel at home. Also great location if you’re visiting Fallingwater. Highly recommend

A very quiet property with very friendly and helpful proprietors but somewhat remote and not real easy to find although signage does adequately identify the entrance road.

Clean. Roomy. Private Bath with bedroom. It seems the house was built to be a B&B. Hosts pleasant. Though we did not use it, the hosts will pick up bikers in Connellsville and bring them to the house. Definitely something to consider for our next biking out on the GAP! I enjoyed the fire pit in the evening.

The owners were very friendly and made us feel right at home. The place was clean and had some nice extras. We loved the fire pit and having access to the kitchen for our left overs. My son loved the home made cookies!!

A little outside of the frey.
Great room and great service. If you love the outdoors, Seams Like Home is a great place to relax between hikes.
Rick helped with a map to a great hiking trail and Kentucky Knob.

Great Base for Visiting Fallingwater & Shanksville
My husband and I enjoyed our two-night stay at Seams Like Home. The name reflects the origins of the B&B--it started as a retreat for quilting groups--but it was a perfect base for our sightseeing in the area. (We went to Fallingwater, Kentuck Knob and Shanksville. All highly recommended). The breakfasts were delicious and cooked to order. The room and bathroom were so clean that they looked like no one had stayed there before! Donna and Rick were very welcoming. A wonderful B&B.

Seams Like Home was great! My son and I stayed there to enjoy some local climbing in nearby Ohiopyle and visit Fallingwater. Convenient location to nearby attractions. Delicious full breakfast each morning. Donna & Rick were fantastic hosts, very knowledgable of the surrounding area, and provided perfect recommendations.
