"Love staying at this hotel. Great location and car parking 5 minutes walk away. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms with river views are amazing. Good choices of cooked and continental breakfasts. Will definitely be staying there again soon."

"We were really impressed with our stay here, the staff were lovely and we were allowed to use the facilities before check in. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the food at the bar was really nice. We went in the middle of a heatwave and they had supplied all the rooms with a fan, plus the bar had air con. The pool and jacuzzi were great with not many people there when we went early afternoon. Breakfast was also nice with a good selection of hot and cold foods available."
The Liner Hotel

"This was our second stay at the Liner. Our room was lovely, clean, with a mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. The staff at reception, the bar, house keeping and at breakfast were always friendly and helpful. We were with you during the very hot weather, so our room was sometimes unpleasantly warm, there was no aircon. But a large fan was available. An we appreciate this was difficult weather for everyone. We had a drink at the bar, which we enjoyed. The hotel is very central."

"Great location, close to Liverpool One and Concert Square. Room and hotel were clean, tidy and modern. Bed was soft. Only issue was no aircon in the room. We were there in the very warm period in Jun 26 and although they provided a fan in the room, sleeping was tricky in the heat."

"Nothing to fault it for staff, location, price, convenience, quality furnishings, etc, however.... The record temperature heatwave made the room extremely warm with window opening restricted by ridiculous security cable. Difficulty sleeping due to extreme heat and no fresh air circulation."

"Fast smooth check in. Lovely lady checked us in and we even had a complimentary upgrade to a superior room.Very much appreciated. Large room with a separate bath and shower. Very clean throughout. Had a mini fridge in the room which was very handy. Lovely cooked breakfast with lots of choices for continental too. We are returning in a few weeks. Highly recommend."
