  • Single-family house "Amado", surrounded by fields. 7 km from the centre of Conil de la Frontera, 8 km from the sea, 8 km from the beach. Private: property 1'600 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn, swimming pool fenced (7 x 3 m, depth 100 - 175 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower. 500 m long very bumpy motor access. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, bus stop 6 km, railway station 40 km, sandy beach 8 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Practical furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV and electric heater. 1 room with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating not available in all rooms. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 4 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Fire extinguisher. VTAR/CA/01459
