Lovely rural villa with private pool
Villa available for holiday rentals, completely reformed and with a private pool and air conditioning in the lounge, close to the town of Conil de la Frontera, which is less than four minutes in the car.
This property is recommended for families with children and couples. The most important is that they are quiet people as parties are not permitted in the house.
EQUIPMENT
Designed in a modern and vibrant bright style, the house contains two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles, kitchen which opens onto the lounge-diner and full bathroom.
Outside there is a fenced pool with sun loungers, garden area and a porch with dining area and barbecue.
Sheets are provided, but bath towels are NOT included.

From the house you can reach the well-known beach of Cala de Aceite in just six minutes, and the town centre of Conil is just four minutes away.
