House of 2 floors, with a private terrace of 12 meters and roof terrace of 24 meters, from where to see beautiful sea views, is only 300 meters from the beach of Los Bateles.



The house has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a full bathroom and a toilet. There is a living room with Wifi, TV and exit to the terrace, where there is a pergola and outdoor furniture. The living room shares an open space with the kitchen, equipped with everything necessary for the stay (stove, washing machine, oven, microwave...).

It is located in Conil de la Fra, in an area where you have all kinds of stores at your fingertips, the beach just a few steps away and the city center as well.
