Thus, noises likely to cause discomfort are not allowed during the night, from 11 pm to 7 am. \- Wi-Fi is fibre optic and is strong enough for working from the property In the city of Cádiz this fantastic villa convinces guests with a beautiful outdoor area as well as a cosy interior and a view of the "Pinar de Roche". The holiday home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities of the child-friendly holiday home include air conditioning (hot and cold air), a washing machine, a TV, a cot and a high chair. Enjoy the sun and the warm summer air on one of the 2 furnished terraces (open and covered) or refresh yourself in the pool or under the outdoor shower before you end the day with a barbecue. Die Einfahrt zum Grundstück ist mit google eine zu früh!, aber durch ein Foto das Sandra geschickt hat, haben wir es sofort gefunden. Alle Küchengeräte funktionieren, auch die Klimaanlage und es gibt intakten Mückenschutz an allen Fenstern! sowie genügend Geschirr etc. Die Lage ist ruhig, bis auf die morgendlichen Hähne als Wecker, aber mit Ohrenstopfen kein Problem. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Kinder können sich ebenfalls frei bewegen da alles abgesperrt ist und keiner flüchten kann :). Der nächstgelegene Strand / Bucht ist mit dem Auto nur 5 min. entfernt . Cadiz ca. 40min Jerez 50min. Also liegt das Haus optimal. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.
